Tournament's History:
The Greensboro Scholastic Tournament is a 5-round, one-day event that began in April of 2016 and is held every other month. One of the largest and most successful one-day events in the Southeast, this tournament attracts young energetic players from North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia. The tournament is open only to kids (K12) with a USCF membership (available for purchase on-site).
Credit Card/PayPal are accepted for pre-registrations online.
Only cash or checks will be accepted on site!! Register early and save money! Preregistration deadline is 9:00 pm the day before the event. On-site registration is from 9:00am – 9:45am on the day of the event. Arrive On Time!!

The "UNCG Alumni Association" at Alumni House, which is located at 404 College Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27412.

Behind the Weatherspoon Art Museum (off Tate St, right near the Spring Garden intersection)
Food:
Lots of Restaurants on Tate Street and Spring Garden Street.
